Legal Assistant Receptionist

Shift/Hours:  Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm (Potential for full-time)


Pay Rate:  $17-$18/HR (DOE)


Location:  Tampa, Florida 33602

Legal  Assistant Receptionist Job Responsibilities  may include:

• Scheduling - both for the attorneys and for exams under oath
• Drafting letters
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Performing some legal research
• Opening/Closing candidate files and keeping the office organized

Legal Assistant Receptionist Job  Requirements  may include:

• Must be detail oriented and fast paced in their work, efficiently
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Must have a minimum of 6 months recent experience with Data Entry
• Must have clear understanding of customer service protocols
• Must have experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Must have experience with Adobe PDF
