We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our growing firm.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will have 3 - 6 years of California Litigation experience
• Preferred experience includes business litigation, healthcare litigation, and insurance coverage litigation, but this is not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of federal and state court filing rules and procedures  
• E-filing, preparing tables of contents and authorities
• Preparing discovery shells, and very familiar with the litigation life cycle of a case.
• Must have excellent proofreading and writing skills, and great attention to detail.
• High client interaction and communication. 
• Excellent follow-up, initiative, organizational, and calendaring skills are required.
• Excellent typing, formatting, editing, redlining, and computer software skills needed with specific knowledge of Word 2010 or higher, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management system. 
• Knowledge of CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Pro, Kofax, Comparite, and CCC Macros is a plus.

• The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000

• Near the Balboa Theatre
• Hybrid after the initial probationary period
