Legal Assistant/Secretary - Gpac

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Assistant-Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communciation skills, a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary Requiremens:

• 3+ Years experience preferred
• Ability to support multiple attorneys 
• Calendaring case deadlines including but not limited to discovery deadlines, court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Open new files, run conflicts checks, and maintain all client and general files electronically 
• Schedule hearings with opposing counsel and court staff
• State and Federal filing preferred
• Make appointments and travel arrangements; maintain calendar and deadline reminder system
• Draft correspondence
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interact with clients in a professional manner
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Salary range for Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary is based on experience and may be different than what is represented in the job posting.
