Job Details
Primary Duties:
Offer comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, covering both legal and non-legal tasks
Engage with clients, administrative agencies, and court personnel
Manage e-filing and coordinate paper filings of documents
Handle time entry and billing to ensure accurate invoicing and payment
Provide advanced calendar management for attorneys, coordinating in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and conference calls
Perform various administrative tasks to enable attorneys to effectively serve clients
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients
Work closely with attorneys, keeping them updated on commitments and responsibilities, anticipating needs before meetings, calls, etc.
Conduct conflict checks and create client files
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative/Legal Assistant, with experience in Trust & Estates
Professional demeanor with a strong focus on client service; must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to complete tasks independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting work priorities as needed
Strong organizational skills, good judgment, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
