Job Title: Workers Compensation Legal Assistant
Location: Washington, D.C.
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.

Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests.

Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in legal assistance.

Knowledge of workers' compensation law preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
