Legal Billing Analyst - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our client in the Atlanta area is seeking a Legal Billing Analyst for a Hybrid Direct-Hire opportunity.

Legal or Professional Services Industry experience required.

Responsibilities:

·Identify, verify, and record essential financial details for new clients and e-billing engagements in legal software, ensuring timely billing.

·Generate and distribute monthly pre-bills, coordinating with attorneys to finalize and approve, including any necessary adjustments.

·Submit finalized bills to third-party vendors for e-billing clients, track submission status, and promptly address any rejections.

·Review and update client billing details, including rates and task codes, in legal software to maintain accuracy.

·Distribute monthly reminders to billing attorneys and assist with entering disbursements.

·Research and respond to client billing inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

Required Experience:

·3-5 Years as a Billing Analyst within the legal or professional services industry.
