Legal Firm Billing Coordinator - Gpac

Seeking Legal Firm Billing Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA. 

The Legal Billing Coordinator plays an important role in the Finance team and reports to the Finance Manager. 

In-office Full time

Salary-$55,000.00

REQUIREMENTS:- MUST HAVE

• Associates Degree with emphasis in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior experience with billing or other accounting functions desirable.
• Experience in a law firm or other professional service environment a plus
• Knowledge of ProLaw Software preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of electronic billing processes and procedures preferred

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
