Law firm is seeking an Office Administrator. Qualified applicants will possess exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a professional office setting
Exceptional communication skills (in person/on the phone)
Detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Familiarity with WordPerfect
Job Requirements:
Greet clients and client correspondence
Prepare and prep conference room for client meetings
Administer documents
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Responsible for scheduling/calendaring
Data entry
Manage social media and coordinate with IT to run the firm's website and any computer issues within the office
Polished/business attire
