Legal Office Entry Level Support/Office Assistant - IST Management Services

We are seeking driven, professional candidates to join our team!  Ideal candidates will have related legal environment and customer service experience.  As a Legal Office Entry Level Support/Office Assistant, you will work with your team to execute all site operations pertaining to office and facilities services.  This includes IT assistance, reception, mail room services, copy services, light facilities maintenance, conference room set up including basic audio visual equipment, corporate hospitality and event planning.

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

The Legal Office Entry Level IT Support/Office Assistant will work to execute all site operations pertaining to office and facilities services.

• IT Assistance - Setting up workstation and providing troubleshooting assistance - support desk
• Corporate Hospitality and Audiovisual Services - Take ownership of environment presentation and assist with setting up video calls - AV Technician
• Mail Room - Receive and process incoming/outgoing mail
• Shipping & Receiving - Receive and process incoming/outgoing mail
• Copier Services - Maintain equipment and fulfill copy/print/scan requests
• Facilities Maintenance - Maintain common areas and vendor management for any larger repairs, furniture and office moves
• Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees
• Adhere to all safety procedures; Additional Tasks as assigned

Eligible candidates will have related experience and exceptional communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
• Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
• Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
• Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
