Legal Operations Assistant - Tandym

• Hybrid or Remote: Onsite during training for first couple of weeks then transitions to hybrid schedule 2-3 days per week onsite.
• Schedule: 8/9am - 4:30/5:30pm EST

• Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
• Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
• Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use by the office.
• Prepare and format legal and management reports.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
• Respond to case-related inquiries.
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
• Analyze legal requests received to correctly categorize and determine validity and applicability.
• Identify and escalate high priority and high-risk cases for review.
• Manage workload and priorities to ensure court-imposed and other legal deadlines are met and assigned documents receive appropriate response.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a legal environment.
• Exposure to or knowledge of Subpoenas.
• Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
• Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents.
• Systematic knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field.
