Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues related to business application like NetDocuments.
- Answering customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate between the business users and IT helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve issues which can be blend of multiple factors.
- Work with the software vendors, if needed, to troubleshoot and resolve users' issues.
- Handle difficult patiently on urgently basis.
- Participate in testing whenever required.
- Team player and able to follow the instructions provided.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned to assist with ad-hoc duties.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with around 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Legal IT Systems especially NetDocuments system is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult clients patiently.
- Strong MS Office skills especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- This is an On-Site contract role.
