The Legal Product Analyst – Specialist role sits within BCG’s Legal Strategy and Operations COE (“center of expertise”) and is a fully integrated member of BCG’s Global Legal Team. As a Legal Team member, you will work across BCG teams and functions to support our business growth strategy, enhance our digital product offering, drive legal innovation, and leverage the power of new ways of working in our journey to become an industry best team.
The Legal Product Analyst – Senior Specialist will be dedicated to supporting our client contract management system, Icertis, and broader legal processes. This role will assist the Icertis product team with requirements discovery, backlog refinement, feature development & documentation, user support, and quality assurance. The Legal Product Analyst – Senior Specialist is expected to contribute to the team's priorities and organizational excellence aspirations by assisting the team in continually improving and operationalizing practices in an efficient manner.
Among other things, the Legal Product Analyst – Senior Specialist will:
Provide end-user support and assist with change management activities, including the development and delivery of training materials
Assist with the product backlog, supporting the planning, sequencing, and prioritization of work
Support the user acceptance testing process to ensure new features and enhancements are functioning as intended
Support the reporting and data clean-up efforts for our client contracting program
Monitor data integrity through analysis and audits
Support our work allocation process, database maintenance, and contract management processes
