About the Job
We are seeking a responsible and organized Legal Receptionist to provide administrative support within to one of our clients, a professional law firm at Brickell. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Legal Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, routing them to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule conference rooms and coordinate appointments.
- Greet visitors, ensuring they are welcomed and comfortable.
- Validate parking tickets for visitors.
- Assist with organizing firm events and activities.
- Handle general email correspondence.
- Perform basic filing and clerical tasks as required.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the legal or administrative teams.
Legal Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience managing phone systems in a professional setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with law firm partners and staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Legal Receptionist General Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
- A minimum of 1 year of law firm experience required.
- Customer service experience (1 year) is preferred.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, in-person)
- Location: Brickell, Miami, FL
- Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: From 8:30AM to 5:30PM (Only available schedule)
