Legal receptionist - Adams & Martin Group

Established firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Receptionist to cover in their office in La Jolla. This is a temporary role starting the third week of October. The position requires providing front desk reception duties and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Client intake and scheduling appointments
• Assist with basic administrative tasks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Top Requirements:

1. Bilingual - Spanish-speaking
2. Available onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM
3. Familiarity with Dropbox and MS Office (Outlook, Calendar, Word)

Details:

• Start Date: October 16, 2024
• Pay Range: $18-24 per hour
• Duration: 1 week
• Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)
