Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and manage the firm's calendar
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and professional
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Assist with basic office tasks, including ordering office supplies and handling email correspondence
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and appearance
