Legal Secretary
Location: Downtown San Diego, CA
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, fully onsite
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- E-filing, Redlining, and Calendaring: Manage electronic filing of legal documents, redline documents as needed, and oversee the attorneys' calendars to ensure deadlines are met. Proficiency in docket management is essential.
- Transcribing Dictation: Accurately transcribe dictations from attorneys to prepare legal documents and correspondence. Strong command of grammatical rules is required.
- Legal Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks with minimal supervision, including document preparation, correspondence, and client communications.
- Attorney Support: Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys, assisting with both litigation and business transaction work.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years' experience in a legal secretary or administrative role within a law firm.
- Proficiency with e-filing systems, document management, and calendaring software.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and administrative duties.
- Ability to accurately transcribe dictation.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and tools.
