Job Description
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple attorneys across various practice areas.
- Assist with document management, including scanning, electronic filing, and maintaining office files.
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and coffee stations.
- Manage attorney calendars, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
Qualifications
- 2 years of recent legal secretarial experience
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, cooperative demeanor, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to research, organize, and maintain legal and office files.
- Prior experience in a legal secretary or administrative role preferred.
