Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to General Counsel.
- Draft and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research.
- Assist with managing contract document reviews.
- Review, prioritize, direct and delegate a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Analyze transactional data.
- Provide reporting and trending information to legal management.
- Identify, escalate and resolve issues as appropriate.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of legal methods, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well within groups handling large volume of work.
- Ability to work independently.
