Our client has an immediate need for an experienced trusts and estates legal secretary to join their Hackensack offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.
Interested candidates must have 3+ years of substantive trusts & estates support experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. Candidates with prior experience supporting general probate procedures (filing, document drafting, etc.), direct client communication, drafting of initial estate administration documents, asset valuations, transfers and redemptions, preparation of estate tax returns, and overall general support in basic aspects of estate and trust administration are strongly encouraged to apply.
