Lending and Collections Coordinator - Infirmary Health

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

One of the following:

• Associate degree in business, finance, or related field AND minimum 2 of the most recent 4 years’ experience performing lending and collection duties
• Minimum 4 of most recent 6 years’ experience performing lending and collection duties

Also:

• Considerable knowledge in the banking and/or credit union field of lending, collections, and operations.
• Extensive organization skills to carry out office procedures in a timely manner
• Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills

Licensure/Registration/Certifications: 

Licensed in the state of Alabama to sell credit insurance

Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) License*

Notary license for the state of Alabama*

Desired Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

Assists in the daily activities of The Infirmary Federal Credit Union (TIFCU) to provide quality loan and collection services according to the TIFCU. Acts as loan officer and oversees all loan related activities. Completes and submits loan documentation and disburses loan proceeds. Leads collection of late and delinquent accounts.  Provides services which meet Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
