We are currently searching for a Level 1 Technician (Asset Deployment) for a project working onsite in New York, NY. This is a Contract position slated to go until 01/31/25.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a queue manager / coordinator

• Serve as first point of contact for ticket requests that populate from the team

• Handle a high volume of asset deployments and moves

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands on asset deployment experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT support field

• Able to lift heavy equipment. (PC's, monitors, printers.)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet browsers and Email clients

This candidate will need to go through the client background check process which requires fingerprinting.
 
 
$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
 
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
