Lia Honda Albany is seeking an Appointment Coordinator/Cashier Receptionist to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $16-$19/hour based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays
• Organized and ambitious self-starter
• Prompt and courteous
• Computer literacy
• Professional personal appearance & positive attitude
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
• Answer customer questions about service performed or products purchased or refer them to someone who can
• Automotive knowledge helpful but not required
• Any other duties assigned by manager
