Mon-Fri - No weekends / Holidays
• Under supervision of the Library Administrator, provide administrative support related to tasks associated with the agency's backfile project.
• Working knowledge of Outlook to email staff with questions/clarification and save documents.
• Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules.
• Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe.
• Prep and scan individual documents using a high-speed scanner.
• Sweep document into Unity Client.
• Identify indexing information (metadata).
• QA ingested document.
