License and Title Coordinator- Bettendorf, IA - Enterprise Holdings

Overview

Enterprise Mobility, operating Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent a Car, has an immediate opening for a Full Time License and Title Coordinator at our Group headquarters in Bettendorf, IA.  This administrative position will focus primarily on processing sale paperwork and titles for sold vehicles.  In addition, this position will be the primary point of contact for our internal sales team and our external vehicle purchasers.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, professional, and detail oriented. 

The position starting pay is $17/hr! 

Our office is located at 4722 Forest Grove Dr. Bettendorf, IA 52722.

This is a Full-Time position, working 40 hours per week, offering the following Benefits:

Scheduled hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 

Responsibilities

• Complete titles and all related paperwork to transfer ownership of sold vehicles
• Experience processing high volumes of documentation daily
• Process sale documents accurately and timely
• Safeguard, track, and audit physical titles
• Interact professionally with our sales team and our customers, including auctions
• Maintain and audit car sales files for completeness
• Assist in title and inventory audits
• Assist with miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Quals: 

  • High school diploma required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • Previous Office support experience is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
  • Minimum 2 years administrative support experience required
  • Previous license and title background experience a plus
  • Intermediate working knowledge in Excel
  • Must be able to apply for and obtain a Notary Public Commission for the State of Iowa which requires no felony conviction.
  • Must be willing to accept a starting pay of $17/hour.
