Position Overview:
As an Electrician Apprentice specializing in highway construction, you will gain hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of various electrical systems, including street lights, traffic lights, and highway lighting. Working under the guidance of our experienced journeyman electricians and project managers, you will develop the skills necessary to contribute to the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems for highway construction projects
- Work closely with journeyman electricians and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Participate in regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used under supervision
Requirements:
- Active Electrician Apprentice license in Delaware
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with colleagues and clients
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to developing high-quality work skills
- Willingness to travel within Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as project demands require
