Licensed Assisted Living Director Crystal Seasons - Crystal Seasons Assisted Living

Manage the operations of the assisted living on a day-to-day basis. Ensure that the assisted living facility is supported by high quality programs and services which allow residents to live in the most beneficial environment. Direct the organization in such a way that it meets the needs of the residents and complies with and meets the goals of regulatory agencies and Monarch Healthcare Management’s mission. Coordinate clinical 
services for residents as needed or with outside homecare as needed.
