Salary: $70.00-$115.00 / Hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday Minimum 10 – 30 hours per week
Location: Suffolk, Nassau, Long Island

Job Overview
As a qualified behavioral health services provider, your role is to provide quality clinical support and supervision within the assigned caseload.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct functional analyses to identify the variables controlling problem behavior
- Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans to address identified needs
- Establish appropriate data collection systems to measure and track progress
- Train staff and providers on the implementation of these plans
- Routine review and analysis of data to ensure treatment effectiveness
- Parent training and skill building at home and in the community
- Provide follow-along services as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Complete required paperwork (i.e., quarterlies, written plans) in a timely manner
- Complete other limited duties, as necessary for the Clinical Director, to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company
- Behavior Analyst/Spvr: provide supervision to necessary supports on case as applicable
Requirements
LBA 1 Early Career
- Executes the basics of the job--FBA, BIP, Data analysis, reports, needs support/supervision/assistance in performing
- NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst less than 5 years
- Fingerprint clearance as required by NYSED
LBA 2 Experience
- Executes the basics of the job--FBA, BIP, Data analysis, reports without support
- NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst 5-10 years
- Fingerprint clearance as required by NYSED
LBA 3 Senior
- Completed supervisor training, able to present CEU topics, demonstrates leadership/confidence in all aspects of the job. Able to take on high-complexity cases.
- NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst 10 years
- Fingerprint clearance as required by NYSED
