Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive prompt and professional assistance.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy details, billing, and general questions with accuracy and empathy.
• Contact policyholders regarding past due payments, policy cancellations, and renewal options to maintain continuous coverage and ensure client satisfaction.
• Process service requests, policy changes, and endorsements in a timely manner.
• Support sales efforts by identifying and referring cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.
• Proactively handle daily tasks and follow-ups, including scheduling customer reviews, reaching out to clients for missing documentation, and updating records as needed.
• Maintain detailed and organized client files, ensuring all interactions are documented.

• Licensed in insurance (Property & Casualty preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish able to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse client base.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills patient, empathetic, and capable of managing a variety of client needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience with payment reminders, collections, or similar customer outreach duties is a plus.
