NaphCare is hiring an experienced Licensed Case Manager (LISW/LISW-S/LPCC/ LPCC-S/LMFT) at the Hillsborough County Jail located in Tampa FL.  Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience.

Responsibilities for Licensed Case Manager:

• Perform and document court ordered substance use and mental health evaluations, recommend level of care based on evaluation results, provide and coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients’ mental health care, substance use, and release dates
• Participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff
• Demonstrate knowledge of ASAM and DSM-V TR criteria

Qualifications for Licensed Case Manager:

• Unrestricted independent licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LISW / LISW-S / LPCC / LPCC-S / LMFT) in FL
• Progressive administrative/management training as a case manager preferred
• Valid CPR card
