Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant with Hospice experience for our client in Sharon. The client is requesting 1 aide for the 4 shifts. Shifts available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sundays from 9am-7pm. The CNA would assist our Hospice Client with safety, companionship, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping.

Requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant job

1. CNA Certification

2. Minimum 2 years' Hospice experience working with your certification (in the home care setting preferred)

3. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable auto, proof of insurance (clean driving record)

4. Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years)

5. The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language

6. Own a Smartphone (all documentation is done through an app.)

7. Reliable, honest, and compassionate

8. Experience working with Dementia Patients
