Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) Position in Indiana - CHG Healthcare

• Must posses a LCSW, LMHC, or LCAC; malpractice coverage provided
• Current certification and/or license in addictions, social work, or substance abuse counseling
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or other relevant field
• Must have sincere respect and compassion for the mission of substance abuse treatment and recovery
• Employed position; work Monday through Friday
