COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Up to $85,265 Compensation Package

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS -Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Integrated healthcare model - FQHC
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Optional Over-time hours available
- Collaborative Environment - -working with Primary Care to find the best solution and treatment plan that addresses all areas
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS -Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Bilingual / Spanish-speaking candidates welcome (not mandatory)
- New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs, all encouraged to apply
COMMUNITY Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Southeast Idaho - 2 hours to Boise, Idaho
- 3 hours to World Class Skiing -in Jackson Hole, WY and Salt Lake City, UT
