Job Title: Therapeutic Counselor

Purpose of Position: As part of a multidisciplinary team, provides therapeutic counseling services to clients with co-occurring neurological disabilities and mental health issues. Works in close collaboration with coworkers, family, and other support services to ensure that the goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensure in relevant state.
• Experience with neurological disabilities and mental health issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
