Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - UltaCare Medical

• Collaborate with facility staff and administration, when appropriate, to provide an integrated patient experience. 
• Document visit notes within 24 hours of the visit.
• Provide therapeutic services to patients and occasionally to their families.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to patients.

• Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred but not required).

• Independent work environment. You are empowered to make your own decisions and work on your own within the facility. 
• Excellent compensation in the 70th-90th percentile according to salary.com data.
• Choose your hours. As long as it’s during the work week, you can choose when you come in and when you leave.  All that we ask is that we agree generally on how many hours total each week you are going to work so that the facility has a realistic expectation of how often you will be in.

Our founder's work was recognized when he was awarded the prestigious AMDA National Medical Director of the Year.This experience inspired the development of UltaCare Medical's patient-focused model, which has evolved and improved over the intervening 17 years.
