Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-R) - Jewish Family Services of Western New York

We are seeking an engaged Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-R) to provide mental health treatment in our outpatient OMH licensed clinic.

• Does your education and experience coupled with your patient demeanor allow you to provide unparalleled psychotherapy and counseling to clients?
• Does your toolkit include evidence-based, trauma-focused systemic interventions & therapy to individuals diagnosed with a broad range of psychiatric disorders?
• Can you work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and economic backgrounds?
• Are you certified as an LCSW or LCSW-R?

WHAT YOU"LL DO

Services include psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and therapy coordination of treatment with family or other providers as appropriate. From the completion of comprehensive assessments to implementing therapy methods, you'll have a profound impact on our clients' progress and the quality of their lives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Must be licensed in NYS as a LCSW or LCSW-R
• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Organized and able to balance a varied caseload
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize medical record systems

This position offers a competitive salary of approx. $57,000 for LCSW and $60,000 for LCSW-R along with great benefits including 6 weeks of accrued Paid Time Offplus 13 paid holidays, excellent health insurance (IHA) options, a 401k plan, life insurance and more! This position requires evidence of having received the COVID vaccination and requires an OMH background check. Eligible for Public Service Student Loan forgiveness program.

To allow our staff to enjoy a family-work life balance, we have a reduced 35 hours work week with an early close on Fridays. We are closed weekends and all major holidays and there are no on-call duties!
