Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and social work, with a focus on providing high-quality care to individuals facing various challenges. This role involves working with diverse populations, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and addiction issues. The LCSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and clinical counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients in acute distress or emergency situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available for support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health care.

Qualifications

• Master s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana.
• Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to mental health care.
• Experience or training in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling preferred.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and collaboration.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
