We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) to join our Prince Frederick/Waldorf, MD clinics, where you'll have a set Monday through Thursday 10 hours per day schedule and will primarily: 

• They play a crucial role in conducting clinical assessments, developing personalized behavioral care for patients with obesity, and engaging them in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife.
• Be a vital care team member that includes a Nurse Practitioner, Dietitian, and Health and Fitness Trainer to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. 

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution 
• 1 to 2 years experience working with adults and children
• LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland
