We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist for our Andover, Massachusetts, location. Must commit to two evenings per week.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $70,900 to $97,499 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Active, clear LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with family counseling.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.
