We seek Licensed Professional Counselors, LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Workers LCSW, and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT for full-time positions in our Appleton, WI, location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 to 103,900
  per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Independent mental health license in WI
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians are able to quickly build rapport with clients.

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Experience with health psychology.
