We seek licensed clinicians LPC, LMFT, and LCSW for a full-time position in our Elm Grove, WI location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 - $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Independent mental health license in WI
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
• PT clinicians must work a minimum of 15 clinical hours a week

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Experience with health psychology
