Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on policy changes or renewals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Provide support in sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients.
- Conduct telemarketing outreach to prospective clients to generate new business leads.
- Leverage bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele, particularly those who speak Spanish, which are not mandatory but an accepted plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer service within the insurance industry is mandatory.
- Knowledgeable sales administration skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
-Proficient in typing, using Microsoft Office, and working on a computer.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is desirable; Spanish language skills are a significant plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively.
- Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is beneficial.
- Must currently have an active Property & Casualty 2-20 license or Customer Service Representative 4-40 license.
