Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager - Primary Location

Fourth Insurance is seeking a Full Time Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager focused on small to medium business accounts to join our team in West Palm Beach. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Obtain new business quotes, market renewals, and update existing policies.
• Educate, advise, and cross sell complementary products to clients.
• Answer client questions, resolve problems, and complete follow ups.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Work with underwriters and brokers to develop comprehensive insurance programs for our clients.

• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License Required.
• At least 2 years insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency (EPIC preferred but not required).
• Professional communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Organized with strong critical thinking skills.
