Licensed Customer Service Associate (Local Only) - Allstate Insurance - Reid Nix Agency

We are seeking an experienced insurance associate for our established insurance agency in Buford, Georgia. The right candidate will be dedicated to providing our customers and the local community the best service in Georgia.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Interact with clients in person, providing them with expert guidance on insurance products and helping them make informed decisions tailored to their needs.

Policies and Claims: Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and reviewing coverage options to ensure they have the right protection.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, promote insurance products, and generate leads to expand our client base.

Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, follow up on their needs, and provide ongoing support to maintain client loyalty.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on insurance regulations and ensure all interactions and transactions comply with legal requirements.

Licensing: MUST hold a valid Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: MUST have 1+ years previous experience at an insurance agency in insurance sales, customer service and/or or a related position is preferred.

Setting: Local, professional in-office setting, Monday thru Friday

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Client-Focused: A genuine interest in helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when reviewing policies, processing applications, and documenting client interactions.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
