Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions, providing top-notch service at every touchpoint.
Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, updates, and coverage adjustments with precision and attention to detail.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly, working to find satisfactory resolutions and provide peace of mind.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
Licensing: Active insurance license in New York is required.
Bi-lingual ++ Spanish +++
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process information, documentation, and policy updates.
