Salary Range: $34000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions. In-Person Assistance: Offer in-person support to clients at our Tampa location, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Policy Management: Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and changes, providing accurate information and guidance. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reference and follow-up. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and positive customer service experience.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida P&C License is required
Experience: Prior experience in customer service in the insurance field
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships
