Salary Range: $30000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Provide outstanding service to existing and prospective clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims processing.

Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide a seamless customer service experience.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the agency's offerings to effectively address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Cross-Selling:

1. Identify Opportunities for Additional Coverage: Proactively review existing clients' policies to identify gaps in coverage and recommend suitable additional products, such as umbrella policies, renters insurance, or life insurance, to enhance their protection.
2. Enhance Client Retention Through Value-Driven Conversations: Engage with clients during service interactions to offer relevant cross-sell solutions that align with their evolving needs, demonstrating the value of comprehensive coverage options.

Generate Leads and Build Relationships: Utilize networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts to identify potential new clients, fostering relationships that lead to successful new business opportunities in personal lines.

• MUST HAVE an active Property & Casualty (P&C) License to be considered.
