Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Provide outstanding service to existing and prospective clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims processing.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide a seamless customer service experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the agency's offerings to effectively address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Cross-Selling:
- Identify Opportunities for Additional Coverage: Proactively review existing clients' policies to identify gaps in coverage and recommend suitable additional products, such as umbrella policies, renters insurance, or life insurance, to enhance their protection.
- Enhance Client Retention Through Value-Driven Conversations: Engage with clients during service interactions to offer relevant cross-sell solutions that align with their evolving needs, demonstrating the value of comprehensive coverage options.
Generate Leads and Build Relationships: Utilize networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts to identify potential new clients, fostering relationships that lead to successful new business opportunities in personal lines.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE an active Property & Casualty (P&C) License to be considered.
