Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and provide exceptional service to clients.

Licensing: Active New York State Customer Service License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
