Salary Range: $35000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Establish a warm and inviting relationship with clients, effectively understanding their insurance needs.
Policy Management: Assist clients with updates, changes, and renewals of their insurance policies to ensure continuous coverage.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Documentation: Accurately maintain and update client records and information.
Compliance: Follow state and federal regulations to stay compliant with industry standards.
Support Sales: Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay informed about new products and industry changes.
Requirements
Licensing: Active state insurance license is required
Experience: Prior customer service experience in insurance or a related field preferred
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve client issues effectively
