Licensed Customer Service Representative - Geico - Valley View Insurance LLC

Our local GEICO agency, Valley View Insurance, LLC, is seeking a hardworking, dedicated and experienced property and casualty licensed customer service professional agent. Your contribution will be vital in helping us grow and retain clients who entrust us with their auto, home, and other personal lines needs. You will often be the first contact as this position is for our front counter desk location. A 90 day probationary period will apply.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Provide first class service to our customers seeking change to their personal policies.

Primary duties to include : Answering billing questions and taking payment

: Processing endorsements

: Emailing ID cards and proof of coverage

: Identify cross-selling opportunities

: Mailing post cards and letters

: Placing warm phone calls to schedule appointments

: Additional duties as assigned

Must be intuitive, resourceful, and possess a willingness to learn and be coached

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency

Must have ability to multi-task and work well independently as well as with a team

Possess problem-solving abilities

Priority given to Property and Casualty licensed applicants

Must pass background check prior to employment offer
