Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and coverage options to meet their individual needs.
Inbound Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information and timely assistance.
Policy Updates: Process policy changes and updates efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' interests and provide empathetic support to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and compliance purposes.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
